Happy August Eaglebrooke ,
I would like to start off this newsletter by introducing a brand-new event ! Our team will be hosting a One- Day Member Guest Tournament on Saturday , September 16th ( 8am start ). This event is open to all Men & Women Platinum & Gold members with an established handicap . Teams will be flighted by team index ( please ensure your guest has a handicap ). The team entry fee for the event is $ 225 and will include a Bloody Mary Bar , Breakfast Sandwiches , Lunch , a Tee Gift , Golf Fees , and a Prize Purse for our top performers . We are seeking a sponsor or two for this event . If you are interested in sponsoring this event , or have any questions , please see Rick Weber .
We still have many members that have not updated their EZPay information . If you have not updated your information with the Club over the last 3 weeks , your statement balance is not automatically going to get paid . Please see Maddie in the office or email billing @ eaglebrooke . com to get this resolved as soon as possible .
The Driving Range Tee Box expansion project is now underway . There should be very little impact to your normal practice routine . Please note , there will be some re-contouring in three landing area spots on the range which will impact a day or two of the range . Details will be shared in the weekly email communication .
Congratulations to Bob Hartley on winning the $ 800 Pot of Gold Drawing on July 5th . As a friendly reminder , the drawing takes place each and every Wednesday evening at 6:00pm . All members are eligible to win . What ’ s the catch ? You must be here to win !!!!
