EAGLEBROOKE HOA NEWS
Dear Eaglebrooke Residents ,
I am very excited that summer is here as it is my favorite season . The weather is nice , kids are out of school and vacations are being planned . Make sure that if you are out of town this summer , you leave a key with a friend and leave a number behind so that we can contact you if needed . We encourage members that if you have changed your contact information , please update by emailing Manager @ eaglebrooke . net . Summer also means that it is Hurricane Season . Please be prepared if you leave on vacation by storing any loose items that could be flying missals . Be sure to be prepared with a Hurricane checklist . You can find this by logging onto https :// www . nhc . noaa . gov / prepare / ready . php .
There is no longer an HOA Manager onsite at specific times . I will still be in once a week , but hours and days may vary . If you need to schedule an appointment , please call 863-808- 0035 and I will be happy to find a time that is convenient for you to meet .
BARCODES : Barcodes must be submitted online through www . eaglebrooke . net Once you log in , please click request an access barcode , and I will email you when it has been processed and ready for pickup .
ROAD SAFETY : We still have many drivers throughout the community that are speeding . Please slow down !! Golf cart drivers must be 16 year of age under Florida law . Motorized bikes , scooters , tricycles , go – carts , miniature cars , or other similar motorized vehicles shall not be operated or parked on common areas .
If you ride a bike , run or walk , we encourage these residents to use the sidewalk at all times . Please wear bright clothing and be aware of your surroundings . Use caution when crossing any roads and using the crosswalks .
PETS : Please be respectful of your neighbors and when walking your pets , bring a bag and pick up after them . There have been increasing complaints about pet feces and pets not on leash . It is the pet owner ’ s responsibility to ensure that their pet is properly restrained when outside of the home per Polk County leash law , and that the feces are picked up and properly disposed of .
LAWN DEBRIS : Please keep in mind lawn debris may not be place out on the curb until Thursday evening . When you place your lawn waste , DO NOT place this on a storm drain . If this continues , the Board will start picking up the debris and charging homeowners for this .
LAWN WORK ORDERS- CLUB LOTS : Please remember if you are a club lot and have lawn issues , please do not speak with the workers . It is best to contact the Manager at Manager @ Eaglebrooke . net or call ( 863 ) -808-0035 .
Hope everyone has a great summer !
