We had a successful Ritas and Fajitas Night with nearly 70 people eating off of the buffet and almost 60 Margaritas made . Be sure to mark your calendar for our Comfort Food Night on July 17th which will feature Chicken & Dumplings , Fried Fish , Mashed Potatoes , Fried Okra , Broccoli Casserole , Sweet Potato Casserole , Creamed Corn , Cinnamon Apples , and Ice Cream .
