LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
Happy March Eaglebrooke ,
We are about halfway through the Florida Season for golf . The weather that we have experienced this Winter has been amazing and the Eaglebrooke team has done a marvelous job creating a great experience for our golfers . On the financial side , we are rocking on all cylinders . Towards the end of February , we increased the Greens Fee on the weekend up to $ 125 . Memberships continue to roll in steadily . As many of you know , we are now charging an Initiation Fee to join our facility . Trophy Room revenue is up 28 % compared to the same time period last year , and the banquet rooms have been busy .
In early March , you will be receiving an Electronic Survey from the facility . We ask that each of you take some time to accurately complete this survey . Your feedback is important to our team to help continue to improve our operation .
The Activity Courts have been much busier than we have historically seen in the past . Please remember to book your court reservations . Folks that have a reservation have precedent over anyone that does not have a reservation . If you need assistance accessing the online portal to book reservations , please email fitness @ eaglebrooke . com .
The Member-Guest Tournament is scheduled for May 5th – May 7th . Invitations will be mailed out in early March . Please note , all “ guests ” must have an established USGA Handicap ( which must be provided at time of registration . If you plan to play , please double check with your guest to ensure they have an active handicap . Additionally , we are excited to announce that we have a fun activity planned for the spouses this year . Keep your eyes peeled for more information when you receive your invitation .
