Dear Eaglebrooke Residents,
Happy Springs! With the change of weather, it is a great
time to look around your home and plan some spring
cleaning! During periodic inspections, I noted many homes
that will need to be painted this year, as well as fascia’s,
soffits and gutters that need to be cleaned.
Thank you to all the members that attended the Annual
Meeting by person or proxy. Your cooperation and
attendance are appreciated. I would like to introduce the
2019 Board of Directors, Lithea Beck, Dr. Gregory White,
Bob Rodrigues, and Pete Savastano.
The Board of Directors is looking to appoint another
member to the Board. If you are interested in serving, please
send a brief bio and resume to [email protected].
Reminder that the 2019 Annual Assessments were due in
February. If you have not yet paid, you will be receiving a
late letter in the mail.
With postage on the rise, we are looking to save money and
communicate better to all the members via the portal. If
you have not received an invitation to the portal, please go
online to https://enprovera.appfolio.com/connect/users/
request_access to request access to the portal.
The CDD owns and manages the common property within
Eaglebrooke. The CDD goes under the title Golden Lakes
CDD and are managed by Inframark. For the CDD, I am
the Field Supervisor. My duties include providing proposals
to the Supervisors for request for maintenance they have
made, as well as make sure the work is completed and
approve funds being disbursed to the contractor. If you need
to contact the CDD, please email admin@goldenlakescdd.
org.
Looking forward to a wondering year,
The 2019 Board of Directors will be looking into electronic
voting for all future votes for meetings and obtaining
quorum.
Difference between HOA VS. CDD:
For the HOA my title is the Association Manager. The
Eaglebrooke Community Association owns no property
within the Eaglebrooke Community. The purpose of the
HOA is to uphold the Declaration which includes deed
restrictions as well as architectural approval. Any questions
in regard to the HOA you can go online to Eaglebrooke.net
or contact the manager at [email protected] or call
863-808-0035.
