BILLING & STATEMENTS Please send ALL Billing related inquiries directly to [email protected], rather than leaving a message with staff or on voicemail. Written inquiries to this address will ensure that your request is received and responded to as quickly as possible. If you have not logged into the Billing Portal, please take a moment to do so. We would like to review and update each of your accounts to reflect the most recent information available – including names, addresses, contact numbers, email addresses, credit cards on file, emergency contacts, etc. You can make updates directly through this system, or you can email any necessary updates to [email protected]. MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS If you DO NOT receive, or have NOT been receiving your membership communications via email – This includes statements, monthly newsletters, weekly updates, etc. – please send a quick note detailing the items that you have not been or are not currently receiving to [email protected] with the best email to send these to.
