LETTER FROM THE TEACHING PROFESSIONAL
And lastly the weak grip , or on top . On the other end of the spectrum are the golfers who are best suited to a weaker trail hand grip . In order to match-up this move , these golfers need to focuses on pushing into and out of the ground , rather than sliding across it , or creating a vertical motion . When your trail hand is more on top [ of the club ], the more I push down , the more my body is going to want to launch up .
When you understand how you grip the club , which is all about accuracy , then we shift to way we use the ground for the power in the shot becomes the next focus . When the two are matched the results are accurate and powerful shots , which is exactly how we want to start off the new year in golf ! Have a great start to the new year and hit ‘ em well !
