LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
Happy February Eaglebrooke ,
I would like to begin our newsletter by announcing that Cassidy McCorkle ’ s last day at our facility will be Friday , February 3rd . Cassidy has been an Eaglebrooke family member for nearly 6 years and has been an integral part of the business growth and elevated membership programing . Cassidy has accepted a new role as the Marketing Manager with a company called SharedTeams . I wish Cassidy the best of luck with her future endeavors . She will most certainly be missed at Eaglebrooke by not only me …. But her fellow teammates and members of the facility . We have some big shoes to fill .
We have been very busy with projects around the facility over the past month or so . The Activity Courts are now completed and getting a lot of use . We had another A / C unit replaced on the building . Tree work has been completed on hole #’ s 1 , 9 , 10 , 11 , 17 , & 18 . In the coming months , we will have two new pieces of equipment getting replaced in the Kitchen , along with new Furniture at the Pool . Additionally , we are working on rolling out a new “ reservation ” system for Dinner / Lunch reservations . Stay tuned for more details in the near future .
The Member-Guest Tournament is scheduled for May 5th – May 7th . Invitations will be mailed out in early March . Please note , all “ guests ” must have an established USGA Handicap ( which must be provided at time of registration . If you plan to play , please double check with your guest to ensure they have an active handicap . For questions , please contact Rick Weber at rweber @ eaglebrooke . com .
As a friendly reminder , we are moving into our busy time of year for the golf course . We are expecting great weather along with great golf course conditions . Please utilize your advanced member tee time booking privileges to your advantage ! We are excited for a great season !
