GAME IMPROVEMENT AND WHERE TO START Everyone would like to improve their game so they can beat their playing partner , win a tournament or even just to enjoy the game a little more . Where does one begin in their planning to improve their game ? I highly recommend that you track your statistics . Statistics will inform you on what part of your game needs attention first . I recommend tracking the following :
1 ) Total number of putts 2 ) Fairways Hit 3 ) Penalty Strokes per round 4 ) Average length of FIRST PUTT 5 ) UP and DOWN from 50 yards and IN 6 ) Greens in Regulation
There are many other stats you can track , but these are just few that can help you narrow down where your game needs the most attention .
