LETTER FROM THE MEN ’ S GOLF ASSOCIATION
Congratulations to our October MGA event Monster Bash winners : With a score of net 60 the team of Captain Smitty Patterson , Art Bartholomew , Dave Nielsen ( Dave was on the winning team last year in the monster bash ), and Steve Sharp . There were 52 participants .
Save the date for our final MGA event of the year , on Saturday December 9 “ The Blowout ”. This will be a 2-man event with an A & B all in one flight , and a C & D all in one flight . The teams will be assigned by the pro-shop . In appreciation and thanks to all our current MGA members , there will be no charge , no entry fee for this event , just your applicable cart fees . We will throw all our $ left in the kitty for the year into the winner ’ s share , we will also give away some gift cards to the membership through a random drawing .
We would like to recognize these 9 individuals who have played in all 8 MGA events up to this point this year : Reggie Alford , Art Bartholomew , Al Hanif , Paul Meyer , Smitty Patterson , Keegan Schaal , Steve Sharp , Tom Seagraves , and Kyle Thomas .
In conclusion we would like to welcome Jim Hughes as our latest new MGA member , that takes us to 160 members .
