Happy Holidays , Eaglebrooke Residents ! As we wrap up the year , here are a few important updates and reminders for our community :
Board Meetings : There will be no further Board Meetings for the remainder of 2024 unless deemed necessary . Our next scheduled Board Meeting will take place on Tuesday , January 14 , 2025 , at 6:30 PM in the Clubhouse .
HOA Board Elections : If you ’ re interested in running for the HOA Board of Directors , please contact JoAnna Likar at Manager @ Eaglebrooke . net for more information .
Architectural Committee Volunteers Needed : The Architectural Committee is seeking residents to help review applications for exterior home modifications . If you ’ d like to volunteer , please email Manager @ Eaglebrooke . net .
Barcodes : Barcodes can now be requested and paid for online at Eaglebrooke . net . Once your barcode is ready , you ’ ll be contacted to schedule a pickup time at the clubhouse . Please note that the office is no longer handling barcode requests or cash payments directly .
Trash , Lawn Debris , and Large Items :
• Lawn Debris : Ensure lawn debris is removed by your lawn service or stored out of sight from the street and neighboring properties . Debris should not be placed curbside until Thursday evening .
• Trash Cans : Place trash cans curbside only on Thursday night for Friday pickup , and avoid blocking sidewalks to ensure safe passage for walkers and cyclists .
• Large Items : If you have arranged a county pickup for large items , please email Manager @ Eaglebrooke . net to notify us .
Pet Guidelines : Polk County Leash Law ( Section 14-22 ) and Eaglebrooke Covenants ( Page 36 , Section 4 ) require that dogs must always be on a leash when outside your home or yard . An electronic fence does not allow pets to remain outside unattended . Additionally , please be considerate and clean up after your pets to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone .
Architectural Requests : Any exterior modification , including repainting your home the same color , requires prior Architectural Committee approval . Request forms can be found online at Eaglebrooke . net .
