LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
Happy April, Eaglebrooke!
Excitement is building as we approach a big summer at Eaglebrooke! With our planned greens renovation on the horizon, things are coming together quickly. However, we recognize that this is new territory for our employees, CDD Board, and membership. While we have a plan in place for operations and programming during the closure, we will remain flexible to ensure we’ re taking the best possible care of our members during this transition.
Playing at Partner Courses Rick and Maddie have worked diligently to secure special pricing for our members at select regional golf courses during the closure. As a reminder, all tee times at partner courses must be booked through our team. When requesting a tee time, please provide: All players’ names Preferred date & time Contact information
This helps us coordinate with our partner facilities and ensure a smooth experience. Additionally, since these clubs are generously accommodating us, we ask that you notify us of any changes( player count adjustments, cancellations, etc.) to maintain strong relationships with our partners.
Outdoor Dining Update Our new outdoor dining space is coming together beautifully, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive! We initially plan to make this a pet-friendly area, and we’ ll be releasing official patio rules— including dress code— soon. Stay tuned!
Men’ s Member-Guest Invitational Before our renovation begins, we have one final marquee event— the 2025 Men’ s Member- Guest Invitational— taking place this week. With a record-breaking 72 teams competing, it’ s shaping up to be an incredible tournament. Stop by on Sunday around 2 PM to watch the thrilling shootout and see who takes home the championship!
