RVers joke that the perfect RV is always the next one . There ’ s always something you would change , or an upgrade you would make . In other words , the “ perfect RV ” doesn ’ t exist . Takes a lot of pressure off the buying process , right ?
You ’ re probably not going to buy the perfect RV your first time out . And that ’ s okay .
This is why we say Start Now — because the perfect RV for you is the one that gets you out there making memories , sooner rather than later . If you wait until you can afford your dream rig , you might miss out on years of amazing trips while you save up . And if you do get your dream rig , you might find that actually , you wish you had this other rig instead . The one with better construction , or a different floor plan , or an engine , or …. You get the idea .
Why talk about the why behind your RV before telling you how to actually buy one ? Because , in many ways , mindset is the most important part .
