The higher management gets a birds- eye-view on the overall activities, middle management can drill down department wise to understand actual status. The history is also logged for a year for any later analytical requirement. The work flow module enables the team to understand every detail of actual job being processed on each machine. The facility to Pre-Plan the work as well as the facility for the Operator to key-in the work details including wastage capturing, enables the production team to plan more efficiently. The actual work timings are also captured using Operator login to the console to estimate the effective utilization of assets and resources. The history of every job being processed on a machine will be available on the SEEMYMACHINES portal.
