BARCELONA’S ESCOLA MASSANA ART AND
DESIGN CENTRE
Overlapping angles, large cantilevers, and fragmented, dynamic massing are
central to architect Carme Pinós’ designs and Escola Massana Art and Design
Centre in Barcelona is no different. Advanced glazing systems from Technal’s
SOLEAL range were used with stunning effect in the construction of the
landmark building, situated almost on top of the city’s famous Boqueria Market.
The result? A masterpiece which blends perfectly into its surroundings.
