CTA 2016 BUS PLAN
APPROVED– CHANGES
ON THE WAY!
Following more than 1,300 comments
from the public and additional technical
analysis, OCTA modified 14 of the 35 bus
routes originally proposed for changes, and
addressed impacts to most ACCESS riders.
Changes will go into effect in June and
October.
The 2016 Bus Service Plan is
designed to shift service from low-performing
areas to those of higher demand to costeffectively meet the community's needs while
adding 1.3 million riders over the next three
years to offset declining ridership. Changes
affecting Laguna Niguel routes are as
follows:
