Taking care of skin in adolescents… Teenagers  nowadays  don’t  take  care  of   their skin  as  they  should,  that’s  why   many skin problems are present nowadays and eventually the skin becomes more sensitive to any type of chemicals and most important the UV rays. The damage produced by this rays is a lot, UVB and UVA radiations burn upper layers of your skin, also called the epidermis causing sunburns as a result. This has converted a big worry between society and for the public health, 1 out of 3 cancer diagnostics are skin cancer. Ways that adolescents can protect their skin are many, definitely  it’s  impossible   to stay home all day to avoid all this harmful damage. There are ways to protect your skin by having a good diet, washing your face 3 times a day, use facial creams that help revitalize and humectate your skin and the most important get sunscreen on your face. Also  if  you’re  on  an  outdoor  sport  you   can take breaks! Mostly because between  111am  and  4pm  the  sun’s  rays   are the strongest. Hats can also help, they provide almost 100% protection against this ultraviolet radiation. Medications and antibiotics for acne and birth control pills, can increase your sun sensitivity  as  well.  That’s  why  we  have  to   go to our doctors and ask the complete information  of  the  medication  you’re   going to take. Getting all good treatments to the skin can bring us great benefits like getting a much softer glowing skin. Products help in the contribution of vitamins and minerals that are great for the skin and for  the  hair.  If  you’re  trying  to  get  a  tan   use products that benefit your skin in getting it in a healthy way, ask your doctors about any products and doubts you  have.  You’re  skin  is  the  most   important element in your body since it protects us from many bacteria included in the air.
