The story speaks about two guys, Grace and Sam. She always loved wolves, who lived in the woods behind her house, despite they had attacked her when she was a baby. She’s very tied up to a wolf with yellow eyes. T his wolf is Sam who, during the summer return human. But all change when a boy, Jack, is killed from wolves. The hunt is on and Grace want to stop this in every way, but she can’t. An evening, while she is at home alone, she finds a naked boy wounded with a gun’s shot. Looking his yellow eyes she understands he is her wolf and she takes him to the hospital, where doctors will be able to save him. Released from the hospital, Sam, stays in Grace’s home where he tries in all ways to delay his tranformation in wolf, caused by the cold. This could be his last transformation, because after a lot of time, wolves never return humans. Between him and Grace born a fantastic bond, because even though they have never spoken, they taked care each other from they were children. But the plan to save Sam from the cold failed for an accident. Grace thinks she had lost him forever. But… read the other two books “Deeper” and “Forever” to find out how it ends!!!!!
