Diocletian, the last great Augustus of the Western Roman Empire Roman Emperor, reformer of all political systems, military, administrative, fiscal and economic; this Augustus in this immoderate taste for luxury that after twenty years of reign, will leave indelible traces of its passage not elected to their family relationship but according to their values, which eliminated all estate matters.
