How to come in Split?
Split-Kastela airport
By air, it is certainly the easiest, fastest and cheapest
solution.
Different companies, throughout the year, propose tickets
at good prices. For example, if you book a few months in
advance, a round-trip London-Split nonstop, will cost an
average of € 150, but everything will depend on the dates
you choose, because once the summer ended, journeys are
sometimes with stops of varying length, ranging from 1h to
22h is implying of course a much higher ticket price, then it
is better to provide reading material for not finding the time
too long. Croatian companies and some other offer regular
flights to Split throughout the year, direct flights are
usually for the summer (July and August), after all will
depend of the flight plans.
You can check schedules and fares of the flights on theses
sites:
www.easyjet.com
www.croatiaairlines.com
Other sites offer good fares too:
www.edreams.com
www.jetcost.com
…
But beware, these sites offer very attractive prices
sometimes, but you should know that the costs associated
with your flight (means of payment, baggage, seat selection
...) can heavily influence the price.
So be vigilant.
