An overview and introduction to what the pack is and what it can be used for 2. How to use the pack 3. Brief guides on how to conduct different types of learning activity, such as:  Tips for creating the right atmosphere and environment for effective learning  Conducting role-plays and giving feedback  Providing one to one sessions  Implementing pairs or small group sessions  Implementing large group sessions  Running learning activities – do’s and don’ts  Monitoring effectiveness of the learning These ‘How to’ guides for use by the ‘trainers’ will be brief and in bullet format. The second section includes two parts. Part one will be a comprehensive index which will be structured so that ‘trainers’ can see at a glance:     A list of the sessions available and key learning point/s for each Duration of each session Resources required for each session (if any are needed) Options for different development pathways which can be implemented over several weeks/months to provide joined up development on certain areas of the topic Part two will include the series of development activities. Each one in a compact format to include all the information the ‘trainer’ needs, including:  Session subject area       Key learning point/s of session Development method Options on where the session could be run Duration Step by step instructions for the ‘trainer’ Suggestions on how to monitor effectiveness /follow-up © Right Track Consultancy Limited.
