Fertility awareness is the method that is really unpredictable because
ovulation is not always exact and when having sexual relations ovulation can
be provoked, while spermicidal methods contain chemicals that stop sperm
from moving. Although spermicide cannot reduce the risk of sexually
transmitted infections.
3. Birth control pills vs. Male condoms
Birth control pills are considered effective, 8 out of 100 get pregnant, and
using male condoms has a moderate effectiveness this because 18 out of 100
get pregnant when using this method. While taking the pills and being sexually
active you are exposed to a 100 percent to get an STD but when using a
condom you are still in a very high risk of getting one if the male has an STD
but less than if you don't use one.

even insert things inside the uterus. This causes eggs not to be fertilized by
sperms. Fertility awareness is a method in which partners avoid having sexual
