Smoking a cigarette can look
simple and not at all harmless, but it
actually
damages
your
body
in
unthinkable ways. About 50 known
Carcinogens are one of the main aspects
in a cigars ingredient. It includes
substances like tar, which is majorly known
to stain teeth and skin. Substances like this
interrupt the fragile Respiratory and
Circulatory Systems, harming many
important parts in our body. Sadly, this
causes deadly diseases to smokers and
secondary smokers.
Tar and other ingredients in
cigarettes act as carcinogens and affect
the Respiratory and Circulatory Systems.
These substances are inhaled and irritate
the trachea and nasal cavities, which
causes the cilia (hair-like projections) to
loose their fluidity (they can stop moving
for up to 20 minutes). Since cilia is not
loose enough, the mucus can’t get
through, which creates what is know as
“smoker’s cough” because of the irritation
in that ar
