We

need
a

amount
of
daily
calories.
However,
the
amount
of
calories
of
every
individual
is
different,
as
calories
are
based
on
age,
sex,
height,
and
weight.
In
order
to
calculate
the
amount
of
calories
need
daily,
there
is
a
formula
that
needs
to
be
used.
This
formula
is:
a.
Women: 655 + (4.35 x weight in pounds) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in
years).
b.
Men: 66 + (6.23 x weight in pounds) + (12.7.7 x height in inches) - (6.8 x
age in years).

you
multiply
it
by
the
amount
of
exercise
you
perform
(in
our
case
we
multiplied
it
by
1.7
