ŞEBNEM DAĞDEVİREN / ELİF HASAN ŞADOĞLU MIDDLE SCHOOL / TURKEY-ISTANBUL-TURKEY When I was in primary school , I had a soccer tournament in the garden with my friends in physical education class . We formed two teams : boys and girls . The girls were several points ahead in the tournament . There was a little time left for the match to end . Men started cheating . Either they were pushing the girls or they were trying to take the ball from our feet in a way that would damage us . Then a friend of mine tripped me on my feet . And I fell to the ground . When I got up , I noticed my hands were irritated . It really hurt . When I asked him why he did this , he said he did it to win . I told him that winning or losing doesn ' t matter , what matters is that we should have a fun time . After saying this , he thought a little and came and apologized to me . I accepted his apology on the condition that he would not do this to him .
