Once again , he was elected as the president of a project . He also distributed the tasks equally to everyone even before the project started . A week later , the intensive process started . But his friend Ali , who was involved in the project , was not doing his duties properly . My friend warned him once .. He continued to behave irresponsibly again after a few days . After a while he warned her again . But he ' s still irresponsible ... His teammates tell him , " Why are you warning him , take him out of the project ." they said . My friend got angry at first , but he waited for it to pass . Later , when he calmed down , he went to Ali and explained what he had to do for a long time and accepted his responsibilities by wanting to participate in this project . Ali made a promise that he would realize this and fulfill his duties . He thanked my friend for his affection and tolerance and they all worked together to create a beautiful project .
