Last year , we were talking with our teacher about Islam and other religious in the Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge lesson in our school . I learned that 2 of my classmates weren ' t Muslim that day . One was a deist and the other an atheist . For the rst time in my life , I had friends from another religion around me . It was also their choice . After the lesson that day , I asked my Religious Culture teacher that I found this very strange and how I would behave and communicate with them . She just told me , " Be tolerant of them . Just as we don ' t judge people because of their language , race and color , we can ' t do anything about their religion . We can only tolerate them ." she said . I understood exactly what tolerance was that day .
