Definition of access
a : permission, liberty, or ability to
enter, approach, or pass to and
from a place or to approach or
communicate with a person or thing
b : freedom or ability to obtain or make
use of something
c : a way or means of entering or
approaching
What is Access?
Simply put, access is being able to get to what you
need. Data access is being able to get to particular
data on a computer. Web access means having a
connection to the World Wide Web through an access
provider or an online service provider.

There is a never ending debate about the lack of
diversity in Science, Technology, Engineering and
Mathematics (STEM). Despite the consistent flow of
dialogue surrounding this dilemma there is no general
consensus about what the latest trends and statistics
mean, and even less about how the issue can be
addressed. However, each industry seems to agree on
one thing - diversity in tech really does matter!
