There are a few Bicentennial projects that can be found in Duncan including a sundial, and the credit for those can be found by reading the markers and monuments.
If you are new to the area, you may not realize that Marlow has its own legendary history of Outlaws, thanks to the Marlow Brothers. A monument in Redbud Park tells the story. But if you are entering Marlow on US-81, you can’ t miss the massive mural featuring this history. Led by Marlow High School art teacher, Arlyn Brantley’ s students have contributed to several of the Marlow mural projects over the years.
