Bob Hogg’s Lamb National
We are very excited to welcome back Bob Hogg’s Lamb National. You may
remember the chaotic sight of sheep charging round the arena, jumping fences
and even racing Rammie!
Bob has toured Britain for many years and has
an excellent reputation for professional and
highly entertaining displays in which his dogs
work sheep, geese and ducks.
We are pleased to report that we have three
displays arranged. In one Bob’s sheepdogs will
work ducks around an obstacle course, down
a slide and into a pool.
We also have two sheep races complete with a Carnival Tote! The race-sheep will
be identifiable with different colour vests and introduced to us individually with
their history, form etc. so that hopefully you will be able to cheer the sheep of your
choice and, if you choose, have a “little flutter!”
That’s the plan, however the sheep may decide otherwise! Anything could happen
on the day!
