The Golf Classic at the Country Club at Muirfield
Village is slated for July 17. If you haven’t reserved a spot
for your foursome yet, put that on your to-do list today
as this event typically sells out. This 18-Hole Scramble/
Shotgun golf outing offers a day of fun and networking along with many special
extras including games and prizes, fun golf challenges, delicious food, exclusive
silent auction items and the famous golfer goodie bags.
We have so many outstanding restaurants and caterers in the area…just imagine
getting to sample something distinctive from all of them in one place! Mark your
calendars now for Taste of Dublin on Sept. 18 at the Wendy’s Company Thomas
Conference Center in Dublin. This upscale event, a Dublin favorite, is open to
everyone age 21 and older.
Teaching your kids to make a difference!
Do you have a child entering 6th through 8th grade? If so, you will want to sign
them up for the iCare… iServe… iLead Summer Youth Leadership Program
that is taking place July 23 – July 27 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Based on the
Character Counts philosophy of Respect, Responsibility and Fairness, this program
was developed to foster a spirit of civic commitment, develop good decision-
making skills and unleash the leadership potential in Dublin area youth. For a
tentative schedule, go to DublinChamber.org/youthleadership.
Learn about all of our events and programs online at DublinChamber.org. I look
forward to seeing you out and about in the business community!
