One of the area’s most recognized leadership programs, the Leadership Dublin
Executive Program, helps your business gain the competitive advantage by developing
your leadership team’s skills while providing them the opportunity to:
Develop: Enhance leadership skills through a variety of sessions selected for
seasoned professionals including sessions on Board Stewardship, Identifying
Personal Leadership Strengths, Ethical Decisions Making, Individual Emotional
Intelligence and Building Team Dynamics.
Connect: Participants come together and begin long-lasting relationships with
others in the class, with community leaders and with area business executives.
Engage: Small-group team projects allow participants to have hands-on
experiences and conversations with thought leaders to learn about the
opportunities facing the Dublin community as well as the available tools
and resources.
All classes are scheduled at convenient times for working professionals (typically two
