TERMS, CONDITIONS & GENERAL INFORMATION 2016
The above rates for each package are subject to the following:
Any passenger aged 5 years and above considered as one pax (adult), but children aged 4 years and below will be
excluded from any charge.
Validity and price guarantee: All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices
and/or unforeseen economic circumstances, and at the time of purchase prices may be higher. In the case of human or
computer error Meera Travels & Tourism reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.
Reservations, deposit & payment: A deposit of US$ 100 (non-refundable) per person is required within five days of
confirmation. Final payment is due 30 days prior arrival. For all reservations made 29 days (or less) prior arrival a fee of
US$ 50 will apply. Meera Holidays reserves the right to cancel any reservation if full payment is not received by the due
date and assess appropriate cancellation charges. Taprobanica accepts banker’s cheques and cash (most).
Revisions and cancellations: All requests for changes must be made in writing. A handling fee of US$ 50 per transaction
will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation. A change of tour date or tour itinerary within 30 days
of departure will be treated as a cancellation and new booking; regular cancellation fees apply. All requests for cancellations must be made in writing. We regret that we are unable to make refunds for unused portion(s) of the tour including
but not limited to missed meals and sightseeing. Claims for any services not provided as per tour must be made in writing
within 30 days following completion of the tour.
Air transportation: Certain tours include, as specified on "Tour Includes",
Hotels: The per-person rates are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room with private facilities. A limited
number of single rooms (at a supplement) and triple rooms with an extra mattress 25 cm high (often, but not always, at a
reduction) are available. Hotel service charges and VAT taxes are included in the tour price. In most cases hotel grades
are based on the Local Tourist Authority ratings and our own evaluation. However, with the highly individual character of
hotels, differences do arise between hotels of the same grading. It is standard policy in Indonesia that hotel rooms are not
available for check-in before 2:00 p.m.
