Spring is in the air but the L.A. weather is giving us a preview of sum-
mer and absolutely the best time in Los Angeles. Downtown L.A. is
blooming with new hot spots and the rooftop pools are open and filling
up for our enjoyment. The best part of a city center is finding unique
and chic outdoor spaces. Parks, terraces, rooftops, and outdoor activ-
ities are even more popular in DTLA because of their unique views and
our great weather. In real estate outdoor patios are a rare find and loft
dwellers are always searching for great spaces especially during spring
time, so, let’s get ready for summer! The great outdoors are in bloom
and why not think about expanding your living and entertaining space.
A great idea for indoor / outdoor living is to decorate with potted
plants, interesting lighting and comfortable furniture. Think about the
use of color with rugs, wall coverings, art and define each area lending
an air of the exotic. Mixing and matching bright colors and shiny ob-
jects that reflect the sunlight can also bring out the best of your interior
spaces.
