In the year 2002 the syllabi for all the classes of Secondary and Higher Secondary
Education has been revised under the guidance of NCERT. This had been implemented by
Directorate of School Education. Govt. of Tamilnadu. I had been the Chairperson for the
Higher Secondary Physics Text Books for both I and II years and VI Std. Science Text
Book. In line with this, I am also the Chairperson for question bank and solution book for
Higher Secondary Physics and also Applied Physics for vocational courses in Higher
Secondary. Along with this I am the Chairperson for Environmental Education Text
Books for Classes from IX Std. to XII Std. In all these cases, I am the Chairperson for the
Tamil version also.
