converted into luxury country guesthouses located only 10 minutes from
Dubbo. Two guesthouses: The Cellar - large self-contained opened planned
studio apartment. Loft level has a queen bed & a single bed. Lower level
has a double bed and 2 single beds. 1 x Shower bathroom, 1 x separate
toilet, wood fire and reverse cycle air conditioning. Large outdoor paved area
with BBQ and wood fire pizza oven. Sleeps 7. The Cottage - self-contained 2
bedroom cottage. Main bedroom has a queen bed and bath/shower ensuite.
2nd bedroom has 3 singles and a shower ensuite. Kitchen/living area,
reverse cycle air conditioning, wood fire/ gas heating. Outdoor entertaining
area with BBQ. Sleeps 5.
