We are a not for profit regional arts and cultural development organisation
servicing the seven Local Government Areas of Bourke, Brewarrina, Walgett,
Cobar, Bogan, Warren and of course Coonamble. As part of our Creative Arts
Centre in Coonamble, we have a gallery shop where local artists and makers
can sell their artworks. It is a real asset in supporting them in their arts
practice. By travellers supporting these artists and purchasing their works it
supports more than just a single business, it assists many small businesses
as they sell under the same roof. It also supports positive mental health of
real locals affected by drought by assisting them to afford to continue to
make art.
