We followed the creation of Motegi Racing’s yet-to-be-released two-piece
forged MR408 wheel, from design to completion, and were mesmerized by the
process and final result. Taking as much as 12 months from design to car-time,
the process of creating a wheel requires a blend of human ingenuity, old world
