Originally conceived as a class for older 4400 cars to retire to, the Legends
class has sparked new innovation and performance that rivals its big brothers.
Limited to four shocks (single shock per corner) and 37-inch tires, the chassis
must be solid-axle, two-seat, front-engine configurations. The drivetrain is
unlimited and in many cases exceeds the 700hp benchmark. Some drivers even
pull double duty, running the same chassis in both the 4800 and 4400 classes.
