External verifiers (EV) are being brought in to oversee the new training process of future ADI's. This is going to cause many problems for the many micro businesses that train ADI's. These small training establishments, many of them one man organisations have a very good pass rate when it comes to the part 3. . They give more of a personal training approach and usually offer a one to one training environment. So when the new EV comes into force how can they compete with the bigger, more well funded training schools?
This industry is in danger of losing a valuable section of expertise and causing even bigger "Sausage factories"
So what is the future of instructor training? I'll let you know when it's decided, but let's hope it's for the better.

Well you must have thoughts on how the driver training profession moves forward with regards to the trainee licence and training to be an ADI. Or do you not care because you all ready have the qualification..
Many ADI trainers are small one person training establishments. If the DSA go down the VQ route these small training busineeses will be lost along with their experience, knowledge and skills. Currently is the an outside accredited organisation with the skills reqired to take over the ADI qualification process?
