unless DSA can persuade the govt to change the rules on how data protection works, it would still need permission from the ADI to be able to publish any pass rates, or any other personal information, against their name.

Would you be happy to give permission for your pass rates to be released to the public? We would like to hear your views, which may be published (with your permission of course) in our next newsletter.

Not my fault

I passed my HP test just last week

Which means that I must be good

At spotting everything in sight,

just as an advanced driver would

I got plenty of practice on CD

I didn’t need to go on the road

Just sat here at my desk

And did it all in relaxation mode

But now my timing’s gone to pot,

it’s all gone horribly wrong

Instead of reacting to the hazard right away,

I’m leaving it far too long

The result is that I’ve knocked you down

trying to bring car to a halt

I used mouse instead of brake

And it’s all the DSA’s fault.
