The Brew Estate.
The Brew Estate was the first
and biggest microbrewery
of Chandigarh with Beer
Garden. The response
we got from Tricity was
overwhelming. You can
easily come to know about
the success of The Brew
Estate because, within a
span of merely three years,
it is serving in 6 major cities
with seven outlets. They
are Chandigarh, Panchkula,
Patiala, Ludhiana, Shimla,
and Sangrur. Moreover, The
Brew Estate Shimla was the
first Brew-Pub in Himachal
Pradesh, and the same goes
for Patiala and Ludhiana. Not
only this, The Brew Estate
was the first Brew-Pub to
start its services in Elante
Mall - the biggest mall of
Tricity. Currently, The Brew
Estate is the largest Brew-
Pub chain of India, and it is
the only microbrewery that
has served more than 80
kinds of craft beer.
B
eing a person from
an engineering
background, how did
you think of getting
into the liquor business
and what made you
take the big jump
into a totally different
industry?
As per my perception
“Nothing will go in vain in
the future that you have
done in the past”. It was my
passion and determination
that made me enter the
Alco-Bev and Brew-
Pub industry. Make sure
always to accept whatever
opportunity comes to you
and that too wholeheartedly,
even if you are not from F&B
background.
W
hat is the
response in
current outlets?
The Brew Estate multiplied its
empire to seven major cities,
and the credit for this goes
to the astronomic response
from our customers. This
is not going to slow down
because in the coming 2-5
years. The Brew Estate will
expand its territory in the
major cities of India. Some
of them are Amritsar, New
Delhi, Gurugram, Pune,
Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai,
and more.
Can I say The Brew Estate
is the largest microbrewery
chain of India?
Absolutely, without any
doubt, you can say that The
Brew Estate is the largest
microbrewery chain of India.
Currently, it has seven outlets
in 6 cities, and it is going to

largest microbrewery chain
of India.
W

future plans for
the company, and how
do you plan to stay
ahead of the other
players in the market?
And any launches
planned?
The only way to stay ahead
of others in the industry
is the passion, innovation,
quality, ingredients, and
consistency for craft brewing.
Till now The Brew Estate
has served more than 80
kinds of craft beer to its
customers. The ingredients
that we use are imported
directly from Germany, UK,
Drink Asia
41
US, and Belgium, which are
hand-picked. All of these help
us to stay ahead in the brew-
pub industry.
Ye s , T h e B r e w E s t a t e
is planning to inaugurate
20-40 outlets in the major
cities of India. Some of them
are Amritsar, New Delhi,

revenue figure of
The Brew Estate at the
moment
The Brew Estate closed
its financial year 2018-19
at $6 million with 100%
growth year-on-year. This
pattern is going to continue
for the coming 4-5 years.
It is because the industry
of Brew-Pub is a nascent
sector, and the opportunity
for success is imminent.
Location, quality, consistency,
and innovation are the major
benchmarks that determine
the success of the players in
the Brew-Pub industry.
