They are Chandigarh, Panchkula, Patiala, Ludhiana, Shimla, and Sangrur. Moreover, The Brew Estate Shimla was the first Brew-Pub in Himachal Pradesh, and the same goes for Patiala and Ludhiana. B eing a person from an engineering background, how did you think of getting into the liquor business and what made you take the big jump into a totally different industry? As per my perception “Nothing will go in vain in the future that you have done in the past”. It was my passion and determination that made me enter the Alco-Bev and Brew- Pub industry. Make sure always to accept whatever opportunity comes to you and that too wholeheartedly, even if you are not from F&B background. W hat is the response in current outlets? The Brew Estate multiplied its empire to seven major cities, and the credit for this goes to the astronomic response from our customers. This is not going to slow down because in the coming 2-5 years. The Brew Estate will expand its territory in the major cities of India. Some of them are Amritsar, New Delhi, Gurugram, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, and more. Can I say The Brew Estate is the largest microbrewery chain of India? W hat are your future plans for the company, and how do you plan to stay ahead of the other players in the market? And any launches planned? The only way to stay ahead of others in the industry is the passion, innovation, quality, ingredients, and consistency for craft brewing. Till now The Brew Estate has served more than 80 kinds of craft beer to its customers. The ingredients that we use are imported directly from Germany, UK, Drink Asia 41 US, and Belgium, which are hand-picked. All of these help us to stay ahead in the brew- pub industry. W hat is the revenue figure of The Brew Estate at the moment The Brew Estate closed its financial year 2018-19 at $6 million with 100% growth year-on-year. This pattern is going to continue for the coming 4-5 years. It is because the industry of Brew-Pub is a nascent sector, and the opportunity for success is imminent.
