Drink Asia Magazine. As we enter the 9th month

time went by and how it was just the start of the
year and we’re already ending the third quarter
and preparing for the last. In this edition, we are
specially focussing on the world famous ANUTEC-
International FoodTec India. The success of the

the shelf life of packaged beverages, ensuring
value addition to agricultural produce, generating
employment, and creating a surplus for the export

The Ministry of Food Processing Industries, India
is working really hard with a clear objective by
facilitating and acting as a catalyst to attract quality
investments from within India and abroad into this
sector. The Ministry is also working with an aim; to
encourage R&D in food and drink processing for
product and process development and improved
packaging; to introduce advanced technology
into the food and drink processing industries;
to minimise wastage at all stages in the food and
drink processing chain and developing a suitable
infrastructure for storage, transportation and
processing of agro-food produce; and to promote
export of processed food and drink products. With
all this happening around, this industry is still one
of the largest industries of the country!
In this edition we are looking at a lot of articles
dealing with an array of topics such as Upcoming
Whiskey Trends in 2019, Floral Cocktails, the
newest buzz in the beverage industry. Not to miss
