Among such processing technologies, one of the most emerging technologies is Aseptic Packaging. What is Aseptic Packaging? Aseptic packaging is a process of filling a sterile/non-sterile product in a sterile container/pack in a sterile environment. Term aseptic is derived from the ‘Greek’ word ‘Septicos’ which means the absence of destructive microbes.
