The flavour market, worldwide, and in
India is growing at a steady pace. The
growth rates for Asia (including India)
and the Middle East are far in excess of
the well established markets of EU and
the North America. Rapid urbanization,
higher economic growth rates (higher
disposable incomes), larger populations
along with acceptance of convenience
foods is fuelling the rapid
expansion of the market.
