Change that took place after the images were taken was the common theme that was binding our group. The next step in the program was to answer the ques- tions of Ela’s document. The first question, was very use- ful because made us to play with the word and the lan- guage. We were trying to find the opposites and figure out what is change and what could be the opposite. After a long discussion and analysis on this question, we came up with some individual answers. These are our answers for the question what is change for us: Paola: For me change is something that happens every day. it can be small just like a thought or bigger act that af- fects your life or even life of the others. We can’t avoid it and it’s something very positive because for me it usually comes from negative. Change just as a word is big to define, and it can be interpreted in various ways. But for me, as I already said, its minus becoming a plus, and even if it’s a minus again at some point it will become a plus. Sonja: Change is something essential. It involves every moment, everything changes a little bit by time. We are improving and growing every sec- ond by improving our minds. If it never happened, time would lose its meaning. We are the change and we shouldn’t just be waiting for it to happen. But the ques- tion is, how to make a greater change? Elena: Change is movement, live, when you let something to take any other thing. It means to leave something behind, so every TIME, we are suffering changes, because time is change by itself. Sagar: Change for me is an unavoid- able process of life. Life, as a whole, is a change or transformation that we go through from the time of out birth until we die. Throughout life we go through several changes; psychological, emotional, physical, etc and at the deepest level, each and every atom in our body changes every second. Change is unavoidable and throughout billions and billions of years, our universe, our solar system, our planet, all the species and every cell in every organism is going through change. into practi- cal change, change your behaviour. As it can be seen, the opinions about this particular question were highly individual. This created two new thoughts: on the one hand, it’s a good and very complex question to think about and on the other hand, we were curious about collecting more answers from more different people. Sonya came up with the idea of mak- ing a flipbook project because flipbook was a great example that represented change. But the idea was to work on the public space, so we started thinking about ways to transfer the idea of a flipbook into some other medium that would involve public interaction. dust all around, and the peaceful sky on the upper part, nice weather for change and the growth of the mankind with Apollo 8 rising to the Moon.
