Structure of The Recipe Book
There are five cakes featured, each connected to a part of the city or public transport line, as well as to a specific time
period, still relevant today. Each cake recipes takes up two pages with ingredients and methods of preparation written
on them. It is in the ingredients list that we add some more Belgrade magic: enlisted among common ingredients are
sounds, feeling, colors of the sky – all in order to make a true impression. A selection of paper and other similar materials
of a fitting color scheme and texture are applied to pages depending on the cake featured, as well as certain fonts of
styles of hand writing. Each recipe except one has one or more smaller pieces of paper that were treated with certain
aromas or essential oils in order to capture certain smells in relation to the cake. Numbers of bus and tram lines that are
related to parts of the city each cake represents.
