One of the most effective creams for dry skin has to be Nivea's 'Rich Nourishing' cream. It instantly reduces the appearance of dry/flakey skin and leaves skin feeling super soft and hydrated.

What's also great is that this

cream can be used all over

the body and is delicate

enough for facial use.

As a sufferer of acne for over 4 years, I have tried almost every lotion, antibiotic and treatment going. Alongside my current 'Roaccutane' treatment I have been recomended to use 'Cidal' soap which can be bought in Boots.

The soap smells so good (of grapefruit) and works hard to elimate any bacteria that builds up on the face. If you are taking tablets for your acne remember it's also important to elimate the bacteria which helps to cause spots,

and so it's really important to keep

your skin clean.

With summer over and tans fading, it's time to turn to the fake stuff! As a lover and obsessive of fake tan (being ginger I don't tan otherwise), 'St Moriz' is the brand I swear by.

Available in two shades, medium and dark, and as a mousse, lotion and spray, St. Moriz caters to every skin type and the best part is it can be bought for as little as £4 from most supermarkets and beauty stores.

The end result (if applied correctly) is a nice instant even tan which can be left to develop for a darker tan or worn as it is.

Shiny skin is a problem that affects most young adults, especialy those prone to acne. My essential daily moisterer is by Nivea and it's called 'Daily essentials, oil free moisturising day cream'.

The cream smells gorgeous and has a

long-lasting effect in reducing

shine throughout the day.
