The Victoria and Albert Museum in South Kensington have revealed another of their future exhibitions, and it's going to consist of shoes, lots of them! The museum is already hosting the famous 'Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty' exhibition next year and the exhibition, which is titled 'Shoes: Pleasure and Pain' will follow in June. Over 200 pairs of shoes will be on display and the exhibition will be split into three sections, these are transformation, status and seduction. The exhibition will open on June 13, 2015 and run until January 31, 2016
key to freedom: ethical fashion iniative
Backed by the Duke and Duchess of York and Topshop, the fourth line of 'Key to Freedom' is available to buy. The collection consists of kimonos, scarves and make-up bags and 100% of profts go to Women's Interlink Foundation which supports Bengali women who are victims of sex trafficking, domestic abuse and slavery. The Duke of York announced "I am immensely proud that Key To Freedom has launched its fourth collection, it gives me great pleasure to work with the Women's Interlink Foundation on their important work supporting women in West Bengal, developing skills to allow them to become economically active."

Giannini and di Marco leave Gucci
Florentine fashion house Gucci are ready to say farewell to their creative director and CEO as they are set set to exit the label. The fashion house's chief executive officer of six years, Di Marco, left the company on January 1st while Frida Giannini, who has been creative director for nine years, will step down at the end of February after showing her autumn/winter 2015 collection at Milan Fashion Week.
