Psycological Pricing- A pricing/marketing strategy based on the theory that certain prices have a psychological impact.
Not-for-Profit- Companies that do not earn profits for its owners (e.g. Charities.)
External Communication- Is the transmission of information between a business and another person or entity in the company's external environment.
One-Way Communication- Linear and limited because it occurs in a straight line from sender to receiver and serves to inform, persuade or command.
Two-Way feedback- Is when one person is the sender and they transmit a message to another person, who is the receiver. When the receiver gets the message, they send back a response, acknowledging the message was received.
Business Ethics- Is a form of applied ethics or professional ethics that examines ethical principles and moral or ethical problems that arise in a business environment.
